Start by using only 1-3 drops under your tongue. Wait one hour to determine the strength and impact it has on you. If you desire stronger effects, after one hour, add additional drops. Can be applied topically for pain relief; reapply up to every 3-4 hours as needed.
For small pets, 1 drop in am and pm can help with pain relief, inflammation, seizures, skin issues and sleep aide. Larger pets may need 2-3 drops twice daily. Mix with their favorite food. Apply topically for pet pain relief or quick wound healing.
